    All shirts are custom printed to order. This order must be placed two weeks before the start of camp. We will do our best to accommodate anyone registering after May 15, however a proper shirt size cannot be guaranteed.

    Terms Of Agreement

    I, the parent or legal guardian of the named applicant, a minor who is attending the Louisiana Royal Rangers Adventure Academy, do give consent beforehand (in the event that all reasonable attempts to contact me have been unsuccessful) for the administration of any treatment necessary by a licensed physician or dentist. Also, By digitally signing this document I acknowledge that my child's likeness may be used for video, photographs, internet media, social media posts, etc.
    • Is there any reason the applicant should not participate in moderate to vigorous activities?
    • Does the applicant have any allergies, including any reaction to drugs or medications that the camp staff needs to know about?
    • Is the applicant taking prescription medications or drugs the camp staff needs to know about?
